• Acquire the specific skills in recruitment for IT, ITes and Non IT Industries.
• Understand and map the essential processes in Recruitment and help you to get an expertise knowledge to start your career as a recruiter.

Any Graduate or above with good command over English.

Duration:
Domestic Recruitment Training is a 30 working days course running 4 hours per day.

This course will prepare participant to:

• Understand the vision and functions of Recruitment.
• Acquire Client Interaction Skills required for resourcing requirements and recruitment process
• Acquire the specific skills in recruitment for IT, ITes and Non IT Industries
• Get an overview of the most important areas of the SAP system and how to use them.
• Demonstrate the configurations and online maintenance of a recruitment process.

Who should attend?
Candidates having Masters Degree and having fair communication skills.

Duration:
Recruitment training with SAP E-Recruitment is a 2 months course running 4 hours a day.

This course will prepare participant to:

• Understand the vision and functions of International Recruitment.
• Acquire Client Interaction Skills required for resourcing requirements and recruitment process.
• Acquiring Domain knowledge in Finance, Engineering ,IT and Sales.
• To get hands on verbal/written communication in one of the following languages - (Japanese/German).

International Recruitment Training is a 2 months course running 4 hours a day.

On successful completion of training a certification would be given to you stating that you are a “Certified Recruiter” after which you would be placed in a company (Corporate/ HR Solutions Company) as an HR Recruiter.
