F2P is designed to groom candidates in the finer aspects so that they can create a mark while entering into the corporate world. Fresh college graduates have the required knowledge in a field but while entering corporate various soft skills are required to become successful. PureHRC trains candidates in specific areas such as analytical thinking and communicative skills. The program helps in translating freshers' skills to match the expectations of organizations

F2P curriculum was developed with feedback from students. It consists of Sixty-hour, highly interactive sessions that include real-life scenarios and role-playing.
